Parker Bros V Grade SxS shotgun, 12 gauge, 26" shortened barrels with 2 3/4" chambers and IC/CYL chokes, blue and color case hardened finish, checkered walnut two-piece pistol grip stock with splinter fore end with Deeley lever release, hard-rubber Parker Bros grip cap and blank silver escutcheon in the underside of the butt, German silver bead front sight, extractors, double triggers, legible factory markings. Mfg. in 1902, the shotgun is in very good overall condition, the professionally shortened barrels retaining 60-70% thinning finish with wear at the muzzles, scattered areas of fine pinprick pitting and small dents, with a larger one on the left barrel approx 5" from the muzzle. The receiver displays silvered color case hardened finish with border engraving and scattered spots of light corrosion. The stock is in fine condition with indentations and marks. The buttstock ends with a checkered Parker Bros hard-rubber butt plate, providing a 13.75" LOP. The bores are good and may clean. The action functions smoothly and locks up securely. (C&R).
