Cimarron lever action short rifle, 20" octagon barrel, blue and color case hardened finish, smooth walnut two-piece straight grip stock, dovetailed blade front and semi-buckhorn rear sights, color case hardened receiver, hammer and lever, brass cartridge lifter, blued dust cover, leather wrap on the lever, clear factory markings, Italian proofs, marked "ITALY" under the lever. The lot includes the factory cardboard box with matching end label, instruction manual, warranty card, literature and associated packaging materials. The rifle is in near excellent overall condition, retaining 95-96% finish with scuffs and scrapes along the barrel. The receiver displays vivid color case hardened finish with light edge wear. The stock is in fine condition with indentations and impressions consistent with field use. The buttstock ends with a smooth blue steel crescent butt plate, providing a 13.25" LOP. The bore is minty bright with excellent rifling. The action is smooth and locks up securely. (Modern).
