Parts gun ONLY Model 1873 Trapdoor single shot carbine in .45-70 caliber w/ a 22" barrel displaying a dark blue/brown patina to the gun’s parts plus misc missing small parts including the trapdoor forward frame retaining screw, the hammer screw, a loss to the rear of the top receiver tang & missing rear sight assembly. The hardwood stock is overall fair with losses to both sides behind the top tang plus a crack through both sides of the wrist area. There are also old putty repairs to the left, right & bottom of the forend area. Markings are visible, the action is strong & working plus the bore is fair + w/ visible rifling. (Pre-98; No FFL Required).
