Winchester Model 12 slide action shotgun, 12 gauge, 30" barrel with a 2 3/4" chamber and Full choke, blue finish, smooth walnut two-piece pistol grip stock, steel bead front sight, clear factory markings with Winchester "WP" proofs on the barrel and receiver. Mfg. in 1930, the shotgun is in very good overall condition, retaining 75-80% thinning finish. The barrel shows wear at the muzzle and scratches. The receiver shows significant flaking finish with surface erosion and edge wear. The bottom metal has gone to a gray patina with scattered spots of erosion. The stock is in fine condition with indentations and impressions, ending with a ventilated rubber recoil pad, providing a 14" LOP. The bore is in fine condition and may clean. The action functions well and locks up securely. (C&R).
