Remington New Model 1858 single action six shot percussion revolver in .44 caliber w/ an 8" octagon barrel displays ~90% blued finish to the gun’s parts w/ a brass trigger guard & vivid case colors to the hammer & trigger. A favorite of the Union troops, this Civil War issue variation comes with near excellent grips showing crisp "BH" (US Inspector Benjamin Hannis) military acceptance cartouche on the left grip panel. A nice, high condition Civil War revolver. (Pre-98; No FFL Required).
