U.S. Rock Island Arsenal Model 1903 bolt action rifle in .30-06 caliber w/ a 24" barrel displays ~95% military parkerized finish to the gun’s parts. The hardwood stock/handguards are excellent showing beautiful grain patterns & majority of their rich oil finish remains present. There are no visible proofs or inspector marks. Markings are sharp (including "S.A." over a flaming bomb over "7-44"). Markings are sharp, action crisp & the bore/rifling are excellent. Comes w/ an adjustable tan military sling in fine condition plus a cleaning kit in the butt trap. (C&R).
