Post-War FN Hi-Power semi-auto, 9mm cal., 4.6" barrel, blue finish, checkered walnut two-piece grips, lanyard ring, blade front and drift adjustable V notch rear sights, 13-round phosphate finished magazine, ringed hammer, thumbnail on the right side of the slide, internal extractor and clear factory markings with Belgian proofs. The pistol is in near fine overall condition, retaining 80%-90% thinning factory finish with holster wear, surface rust and erosion along the slide. The frame shows edge wear and thinning finish. The straps show a thinning finish with freckles of surface rust on the front strap. The grips are in good condition, showing considerable wear with flattening and smoothing of the checkering. The bore is very good with light to moderate erosion and well-defined rifling. The action functions well on this desirable Post-War Police pistol. (C&R; PPT).
