Custom Winchester Low Wall single shot rifle, .218 Bee cal., 25.5" heavy barrel, smooth walnut two-piece pistol grip stock with beavertail fore end, no sights, barrel marked, "McGOWEN BARREL 218 BEE" on the left side. The rifle is topped with Weaver two-piece bases, rings and a Bushnell Sportview 3 x 9 variable power rifle scope with an adjustable objective and duplex reticle, providing clear, bright optics. The rifle is in fine overall condition as customized, retaining 97-98% of a quality reblued finish scratches and scuffs. The stock is in near fine condition with dents, impressions and nicks, primarily on the buttstock, which ends with a Niedner checkered steel butt plate, providing a 13.75" LOP. The bore is fine with light erosion and well-defined rifling. The action functions well and locks up securely. (C&R).
