Italian Beretta AL 2 semi-auto shotgun, 12 gauge, 28" vent rib barrel with a 2 3/4" chamber and IM choke, gloss finished checkered walnut two-piece pistol grip stock with a Beretta grip cap, steel bead front sight, lightly machine engraved receiver, gold trigger, clear factory markings, marked "MADE IN ITALY" on the left side of the receiver and import marked on the right side. Mfg. in 1973, the shotgun is in fine overall condition, retaining 95-96% toning finish with wear and discoloration at the muzzle and rib. The receiver shows light scuffs and storage marks. The machine engraving is sharp. The stock is in near excellent condition with some smoothing of the checkering and minor marks. The buttstock ends with a ribbed plastic Beretta butt plate, providing a 14 1/8" LOP. The bright bore is near excellent and the action is crisp on this lightly used Beretta. (C&R).
