Import-marked Italian copy of an 1874 Sharps single shot cartridge rifle in .45/70 caliber w/ a 26" octagon barrel displays ~98% brown finish to the gun’s barrel assembly & ~96% vivid case colors to the receiver, sideplate, butt plate, hammer, lever & misc small parts. There is an added rear tang adjustable peep sight in excellent condition. Markings are sharp, action crisp & the bore is fair w/ partially visible rifling and scattered moderate erosion. (Modern).
