Scarce Thompson Center TCR 83 single shot rifle, .243 Win cal., 23" barrel, checkered walnut two-piece pistol grip stock, blue & Parkerized finish, ramped blade front and folding rear sights, double set triggers, clear factory markings. The rifle is topped with a Redfield one-piece base, rings and a Weaver Micro-Trac 3 x 9 variable power rifle scope with adjustable objective and duplex reticle, providing clear optics. The rifle is in fine overall condition with the barrel retaining 99% of a Parkerized refinish, the barrel address is polished out. The receiver displays original polished blue finish with scratches and light edge wear. The stock is in very good condition with dents, scrapes and bruises consistent with field use. The buttstock ends with a solid rubber recoil pad, providing a 14" LOP. The bore is very good with well-defined rifling. The action functions well and locks up tight. (Modern).
